What is opinions2GO?
opinions2GO represents a panel of consumers from all walks of life. It includes people from different economic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds. We conduct market research for major consumer product companies so you can provide your opinions on how to improve their current products and services. We also want your opinions about new products and services not yet available to the general public.

How do I become a member?

Is there any cost to me to become a member?
No. Membership is absolutely FREE. You will never be asked to send money, or to purchase any product or service.

What are the benefits in becoming a member?
As a panel member, you have the opportunity to influence top manufacturers and decision makers with your opinions, feedback and insights on different services, products and ideas. By participating in our surveys, you not only become eligible for cash and prizes, but you help companies decide what new products to introduce and how to improve their current products and services.

How often can I participate in a study?
You can expect to be called upon to answer a survey once or twice a month, sometimes less. Our client volume drives the need for participants. You will never be asked to purchase any product or service.

How will I be compensated?
Each survey you participate in offers cash payments or a donation to a charity. Other surveys also give you the opportunity to enter into a sweepstake draw to win valuable prizes or merchandise. Sometimes we offer a combination, such as a cash payment and entry into a sweepstake. Each email survey invitation will specify the details on your compensation.

What do you do with my personal information?
Your personal data is used only for the purpose of our research studies. The information we gather during registration helps us select and target the right people for the surveys we conduct. For example, we might be looking for mothers ages 20-35 with children under the age of two to conduct a survey on infant formula. We then contact panel members who fit these criteria. opinions2GO is a strong supporter of your privacy. We follow all Canadian privacy law guidelines to protect respondent confidentiality. No. It will be kept completely confidential and will never be sold to any third party. Your personal data is used only for the purpose of our research studies.

No one will ever attempt to sell you anything, and you will never be expected to purchase any products.

Privacy - How will you contact me?
For surveys, we will contact you via email but sometimes by telephone or mail. The email we send provides you with the survey URL (web address) directing you to our survey website to take the most recent survey. If we need to send you a check or merchandise, we use the mailing information you provided us with, OR we will have you visit our site to fill out a form asking for your current mailing address.

When I send you an email, how long can I expect to wait for a reply?
Our goal is to always respond to your inquiry within 24-48 business hours. Typically, you can expect an even quicker reply, but sometimes a very heavy workload can affect our response time.
